14-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 14-day no-questions-asked refund on every Token Wise paid plan (Pro and Power, monthly or annual). If you're not happy for any reason, request a refund within 14 days of your order date and we'll refund you in full.

How to request a refund

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, who is the Merchant of Record for all Token Wise orders and handles all billing and refund processing. You can request a refund in either of these ways:

  1. Go to paddle.net, enter the email address you used at checkout, and follow the link Paddle emails you to manage your order and request a refund directly.
  2. Or email us at support@tokenwise.me from the address you used at checkout, with the subject line "Refund request" and your order number if you have it. We'll forward the request to Paddle on your behalf.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take a few business days for the credit to appear.

After the 14-day window

After 14 days, refunds are handled at Paddle's discretion under Paddle's Refund Policy. You can still cancel your subscription at any time from paddle.net — cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Overage charges

Optional overage billing is off by default and only charges your subscription if you explicitly enable it in the extension. If you believe an overage charge was made in error, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will work with Paddle to resolve it.
